Fitting new timebelt

Hi guys. Been a long time since I was here last. Been working hard and I'm soooon finished but I've run into a slight problem with how to mark up the engine when I try to refit a new timebelt. I can't get the different markings on the different pulleys to line up correctly. I have the technical manual for the Oettinger engine but when I get the markings on the cambelt pulley lined up correctly the bottom pulley is not correct. I have attached some pictures which shows the problem. The engine ran ok before I took it out for the restoration and I haven't touched the engine and timebelt since I took the engine out...

How are these to marks supposed to line up and what do i line them up to?

On the next pulley (which runs the alternator) there are two marks. How and to what should they line up to?

The bottom pulley has two marks showed where the thumbs are. How and what should they line up to?

If someone has a good description on how to do this I would appreciate it. Thanks

I figured it out. The wheel for the distributor was mounted the wrong way. I have now fitted a new belt and the engine runs smoothly :)
